SHRED Amino Blend

SHRED is a liquid four-component blend combining L-Carnitine, an MIC complex (Methionine, Inositol, Choline), Adenosine Triphosphate (ATP) disodium, and Methylcobalamin (B12) — compounds studied across fat-metabolism and cellular-energy research pathways. Note: this formula does not contain albuterol, distinguishing it from “Super Shred” variants that do.

Research focus: L-Carnitine is studied for its role in the carnitine shuttle, transporting long-chain fatty acids into mitochondria for beta-oxidation (see individual L-Carnitine entry). The MIC components are studied for lipotropic/methylation-pathway activity (see LIPO-C + B12 entry). ATP is the cell’s primary energy-currency molecule and a purinergic signaling molecule; supplementation research has examined its effect on muscle performance, with one cited study reporting improved peak muscle torque and reduced torque fatigue during repeated high-intensity exercise sets. Methylcobalamin (B12) is studied for its cofactor role in methylation and red blood cell metabolism.
